We offer our guests without car rental reservations, airport arrival pick up and departure service included in our price. We do charge a one time $15.00 cleaning fee to help with cleaning all the quilts and linens. We are not in a Tourist area but, located outside Condado and Isla Verde so our guests avoid the tourist taxes, such as The Occupancy Tax, Casino Tax, Departure Tax, etc. These taxes could easily add up to an additional 40% of a hotel stay in a tourist area.
