But, This neighborhood happens to be located in between Isla Verde and Condado. It's called Santurce PR
In our neighborhood there are no tourist taxes, no need to pay for parking. Just kids and pet friendly, oh and the occational street vendor selling piraguas, (Ices), empanadias, (Meat Pies) or Platanos, (Fried Bananas)
